This is an affordable watch and for the price you get what you pay for. There are no frills. This watch shows the time, tracks everything you need, including fitness, and lets you sync your calls and SMS notifications to the watch. Other than that, there are no other app integrations. This is not a touch screen. It has a kind of "button" under the glass, which is at the bottom edge. This is the only place you can touch the screen to change it. There are only three dialing options. If you're looking for something similar to Fitbit, this is a solid choice. It's cheap and the app is really good and connects to my iPhone health app. The only downside I saw with this was that while I was able to get call notifications on the watch, for some reason I wasn't getting text notifications. Otherwise it is as advertised.
