I have a tooth with this condition and the dentist gave me a syringe rinse before bed to wash my gums. It did not work. I knew this because I couldn't carry the Night's Watch that was staying near this place. I tried and now the area is much better. I started using it as a mouthwash but then tried using it with a pump in my water purifier. It foams the water and thus irrigates the entire mouth. I no longer have problems wearing protection. I am very glad that I found this product and read the reviews. I paid the dentist $15 for a small bottle of their product but it is much more effective. Try it and you won't be disappointed. While others have found it to be an amazing mouthwash for bad breath, I had a gum problem on a tooth and due to the antibacterial properties of this product it got the job done in a very short time.
