Review on Dress Population Plunging Sleeveless Peacock Women's Clothing by Terri Garcia

Height 5'4", weight about 118 pounds, square build, athletic build, small chest. Ordered both XS and S. I'm probably between sizes. XS is at the waist very narrow.I can clasp it but it's not very practical.Fits well on the chest and lower body.The small is perfect for my waist but is a little roomy elsewhere.I keep a small to wear at an event the I will be attending really eating and dancing This is a beautiful dress and with a bit of tailoring and the right bra I think it would be perfect.
