The best thing about this system is that it's self serve! No more waiting for someone to come by, no need to call anyone or wait in line at any time of day (or night). We've been using uselfserve since we opened our doors almost 2 years ago now - with very few issues along those lines. If you're looking into starting your own business then I would highly recommend checking out their website/app as well because they have great resources available online if needed. It has made running my store so much easier than when i was working from home alone all hours trying to manage everything myself!! Our customers love being able to order food right off site without having an employee present during peak times like dinner service etc., which cuts down significantly upon overstaffing costs while also increasing productivity overall. My biggest concern here isn't really anything specific but just how quickly things change within retail environments these days; however there are some minor glitches.
