This rosehip oil is a treat. I have used essential oils successfully on my face but have now switched to Poppy Austin Organic Rosehip Oil and I am so glad I did. I used to work at a high-end skin care store that sold essential oils in smaller lots for $175. I promise I won't be able to tell the difference between the highly sold oil I mentioned and this wonderful product. I live at high altitude ---- a ski resort where the air is particularly dry. All the girls and women I know complain bitterly about our atmosphere. It is a challenge. BUT since using this product I have noticed that my skin retains moisture throughout the day and evening. I apply it to my face after using Poppy Austin Rosewater. Then I use sunscreen (sunscreen can be very drying by nature, so yes, you protect your skin from UV damage, but the result looks dry) and tinted makeup. When I use PA Rosehip Oil my face stays hydrated all day no matter what I put on it. YES, REALLY. I'm a convert!
