Don't expect a clean or even working product like after an actual repair.

I've had a few of these and they're a good product but wow what a joke that mechanic was. The right earbud was completely dead on arrival, or at least functionally unusable as it does turn on and pair but doesn't emit any noise during the process like it should. Both earbuds arrived looking like they still had wax and skin cells left over from the previous user. It looks like the only repairs will be refilling the box and adding a sticker saying the product has been tested.
