I have been knitting for over 50 years and have tried many brands of needles over the years. Addi Turbo is one of my favorites. I have several Addi turbo needles. I prefer metal needles because the stitches slide better than bamboo needles and don't bend like plastic needles. I recently bought addi Turbo Rocket 5 16" circular needles and liked them so much I bought a 4s as well. The needle can be a bit rough. I've found that if I lift the line a bit while I'm sewing the Stitches forward towards the needle move needle, the transition will be fine.
