Review on 📱 MX-890 Universal Remote Control by URC by Roy Whetstone

After carefully examining this remote, I had to agree with the previous reviewer regarding user-programmability, or lack thereof in this unit. I can't keep going back to the dealer and paying them $80 to try and come to my house and change features, add features, or, God forbid, add new devices to my system. In other threads of the forum I read about users who were absent for a month and the battery died along with the program and they were unable to reflash themselves. Your model is not sustainable for the end user. It's better to charge more for their remotes and then pass on their software and then try to find some kind of "subscription" model if you want sellers to be interested in selling their devices.
