Works great. for USB cable

Not the most reliable design in my new PC build, but does the job of connecting the front USB 3 ports to the old USB 2 ports. I don't need USB 3 on the front (I have a lot of them on the back), and I didn't want to insert an expansion card to enable front panel ports that I rarely use. No problem.

Pros

The USB3.0 technology of the USB 3.0 motherboard adapter corresponds to PCI Express 2.0 (5 Gb/s). It uses 8 B10B encoding, linear feedback shift register (LFSR), data scrambling, and spread spectrum.
