I ordered this "skirt" thinking it was a swimsuit panty as the name said it was a "bikini panty". It ended up being just a skirt with no panty/crotch panels/pads. It definitely shouldn't be used as a "bikini panty" unless you want to show the world what you've got while swimming. It's just a skirt. Very nice skirt but I am sending it back because I needed a bottom for my swimsuit. I gave it 3 stars even though I wanted to give it a lot less because my choice indicated a skirt but also said the bottom.
