this calculator is amazing. I hated the e6b turntable so I bought this and am very glad I did. This calculator makes weighing and balancing as well as planning VFR cross-country flights easy. Also, the fact that you can use this FAA-approved calculator for use on the FAA's written exams should make you buy it alone. It helped me a lot with each of my written exams. It takes a bit of trial and error at first to figure out how to use all the features and that might be my only complaint that it's quite difficult to learn to use initially, but it's still a great investment.
