Purchased as it was one of the few angled installation options. Everything you need for assembly, clear instructions and assembly aids, is there at first glance. Firstly, once installed, it is a very strong and durable gate. The locking system is easy for adults to use but very difficult for kids (both of my kids never even came close to opening it). In general, I am satisfied with the purchase and I recommend the door to others. However, the installation takes a long time. Although I deducted two stars for that. I'm deducting two stars because I followed all the installation instructions (the paper you tape to the wall and it tells you exactly where to screw the door on either side of the stairs). However, after I made 8 holes afterwards, the door did not stay in place. Some values were too high, others too low. This was supposed to be an easier install, but I had to add extra stability to the walls, having made arrangements myself rather than following those in the box.
