Ideal replacement for a low power desktop computer

This device is tiny, smaller than most Thunderbolt hubs. I added 16GB of RAM and a terabyte of NVME M.2 with another terabyte of 2.5" SSD. This is a very economical and productive solution to replacing a ten year old desktop.
