The first part of the assembly went pretty quickly. The difficulty is that the illustrations of parts and accessories are not to scale (the screw and the shelf are the same size), making it difficult to identify the parts. The last part of the build took 3 times longer than the first part. This scratching post should be placed in a corner where it is supported on both sides to reduce wobbling. Tip: Attach small pieces to the main poles before adding the poles and there are extra holes for adding hanging toys. This was confusing with the cat cave - add the short pole to the hole in the back of the cave, not the hole in the top center.
