Although there are some disadvantages like frequent system down but overall i would say its good software which should be considered if you want to manage your team remotely with flexibility then go ahead otherwise avoid this product or service. If anyone wants to have remote management of their workforce they can use frontier business systems pvt ltd. There were no major benefits when compared other softwares available out there however we managed our project timings better using FBSPL.
