They are great! Good weight, super cool design, but one of the magnetic clips doesn't fit properly (see second photo) which is quite annoying because I'm a bit anal, but that doesn't ruin the earrings themselves. I have only worn this earring with the offset part facing backwards and you can't see it. Tadaaa!
