Solid Dispenser. I haven't used iSi which I know is the standard but it's cool. I wanted to use it to make nitrocoldbrew, but N2O isn't really a perfect gas. You have to leave it overnight. I haven't spent money on N2 cartridges which I'm sure will work. For whipped cream, this is as easy as it gets. Since it is stainless steel, you can prepare hot liquids and other gastronomic delights. Tip: Don't forget to reinsert the seal between uses. It wasn't a fun experience.
