Borner Vegetable Cooking Tool

I have had this tool (previous model) for many years as I have bought many of their tools in exchange. look the same and found the latest "model" on the internet. It has always been a pleasure to use as it removes the slightest amount of "skin" from the fruits and veggies I apply it to and the other working edges, points, pointy handles etc make it one versatile kitchen tool!
