I was in love with this cable when it first came out. The charging speed was good and it was able to get to my charging station where I usually like to sit with my phone. I also used one in my bedroom. Unfortunately it stopped working after a month. To make matters worse, the cable that stopped working was in my bedroom. The reason I say the one in the bedroom is worse is because I use my phone as an alarm clock. I plugged my phone in to charge before bed without realizing it stopped working. Luckily I woke up early, checked the time and found my phone was dead. If I didn't get up early, I wouldn't have an alarm clock to wake me to work. I wanted to return the product, but the return window closed a DAY ago. Yes that's right, it broke the same day the warranty period expired. Disappointed.Update: Since this review was posted, a representative has contacted me at least 3 times and offered me a full refund only if I delete this comment. Each time I replied that the company should support their product and offer a no-contingency refund due to a defect in their product. I suggested I fix it but wouldn't delete my comment. This answer was ignored every time. Too many people rely on these reviews for an honest review of a product. If I could give negative stars based on this behavior from the company, I would.
