It's great, just wish it was bigger.

It seems plenty durable, I just wish it was a little bigger. I use it daily, and my husband uses to stretch his hamstring. Thanks for attention.

I use a similar object at my gym. Great excersie for core. Ordered this one and it''s very slick on top. I have good work out shows and I still question my safety. This is a tuff excersie to do and added sliding off top just makes it unsafe. I wish I returned it.
