Updated: So I tried this mouse again, it seems to work fine. I don't think the mouse was the cause of the pain. So I changed the rating back to 5 stars. I recommend this mouse as it is very easy to use, comfortable and very easy to connect. The build quality is really good, no unusual noise when using. The plastic feels very comfortable. The metal scroll wheel is beautiful and excellent. Ease of use on a Windows 10 computer with Bluetooth is very simple. Basically turn it on, Windows will detect it and turn it off. The software works well, is not intrusive and we will release it. It is possible to change the DPI to 2400. The comfort for me was not what I expected. I liked the style and even some of the convenience features. For me personally, the thumb rest caused unusual pain under the thumb. If it weren't for that thumb brace this would certainly be a 5 star other and I would still use it. I ended up having to send it back as I felt uncomfortable. I would still recommend it as long as your grip isn't similar to mine. I think I have a lazy claw grip and sometimes a fingertip grip. I was very disappointed that it didn't work for me as overall it's a great mouse.
