Literally after a few months of very rare use, a plastic part broke near the belt lock, due to which the process of adjusting the belt tension became very difficult. The part itself is made of such thin plastic that it was only a matter of time before it broke. It would seem that there is a guarantee, but then problems arose - as the store claims, the manufacturer does not have a representative office or service outside of Hong Kong, and the manufacturer allegedly either does not respond to calls and letters from the store, or responds very slowly. For a chair not from the cheapest price category, this is an absolute shame. In this regard, I highly do not recommend this purchase due to zero service from the manufacturer.
