This is the WORST coffee pot ever. First, it makes 2.5 cups of coffee, not 4. It's SMALL! LIKE THE DOLL SIZE! 2. Thing smells so badly of toxic plastic that if I (like I said) run water through it more than 1 time, my whole house stinks. not 2 times. 4 TIMES! He stinks! I will never drink EVERYTHING that comes out of this thing! The 3rd crystal is like plastic snowflakes that form on top of the brewed water, and when the water flows through this pot for the 3rd time, the glass jar is covered with a thick film. up to the waterline. Fourth, Revain has no option to return the product. It's totally toxic, don't buy it!
