The best thing about this product is that it integrates well within our enterprise application stack, which includes Jira as an ITSM system (Service Now) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Salesforce data warehouse integration. This allows us to leverage one software solution across all of these areas in order to drive more efficiency into every stage of our business lifecycle! Integration can take some time but once everything works we have not had any issues from implementation or configuration management. I wish there was a way to automate some tasks such as ticket creation through outbound workflows however you get what you pay for so far its been worth spending the extra money up front for easy access to real-time information. We are solving many problems by using the platform including; -Integration between different applications & systems.-Information availability at hand when required.-Timely resolution/clarification requests where needed.-Reduction in manual processes requiring multiple steps.-Automated process flows via workflow rules.-.
