Review on ANCEL JP700 Automotive JOBD Code Reader - Japanese Vehicles OBD2 Scanner & Check Engine Light Scan Tool for Reading and Erasing Fault Codes by Wayne Moody

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worked on 3 Japanese machines.

Wife's corolla fails inspection O The sensor is incomplete. Had to go through the ride a few times and the scanner read when it was done and ready to go through. Daughter's Nissan started, a scanner from a computer read misfire in cylinder 3, the mechanic tried the spark plugs and wires, it turned out to be the ignition coil. My Prius car wasn't ready, my wife drove it for a week, took it in for inspection and it passed. For my needs this fits the bill as it goes beyond reading and clearing trouble codes. I have a much older scanner that only reads/clears trouble codes and costs more. This is useful because it can read problems from the car's computer, not just errors. Happy with it so far.

Pros
