I like that we can use it to communicate with our customers in real time via text or video chat (we are an online retailer).
It's easy enough so anyone who has basic computer skills could get started using this software without any training at all! We've been able solve some problems by having someone else do something they weren't good/or trained doing before - such things were previously very costly when done manually through spreadsheets etc., but now its solved automatically & saved us money too!! There isn’t anything about EFI which i dislike per se though sometimes their customer service seems slow compared other providers out here where people actually respond within minutes / hours not days weeks months even years later than expected..
