The best part is, no matter what type of business we are in - whether it's retail, hospitality or healthcare – our systems can be used to manage every single department from inventory management all the way through customer service and order fulfillment. There really isn't anything I dislike about this system - the only thing I would say was if there were more options for customization, but they have been very helpful with any issues we've had related to customizing their software. We use M2 Technologies' point-of-sale system because it allows us to do everything from managing customers at each store location to tracking orders online. It also helps us keep track of employee time sheets so we know exactly where everyone has been working throughout the day.
