Review on 👓 TIJN Blue Light Blocking Computer Glasses by Katie Harris

Pretty, but mostly useless. The lenses are too reflective to wear during video conferences, which I spend several hours each day. Lens flare is also bad, but I don't know if that's normal with "real" glasses or not. I ran some tests and it's pretty clear that these aren't real blue light blocking glasses. They have a slight yellow tint that's only noticeable when you take them off (which is a plus), but all tests show they don't actually block blue light. they help with headaches or eye fatigue
