The ability to create multiple profiles with different filters which allow you to drill down into specific demographics is very helpful when trying to get better insights about who your audience is. It's not that easy to use or understand compared to some of my other tools but I am hopeful they continue to make improvements in this area. Creating custom segments as well as using existing ones are two great features that really help in creating more targeted campaigns. Segmenting out people visiting from mobile devices versus desktop/laptop computers is another feature we were able to leverage to target those users differently than others.
