I've been looking for a suitable little garbage chute for my car for a long time and I think I've finally found it! They are big enough to hold 3-4 bottles or soda cans without getting big and bulky when not in use. The hole for dirt has an elastic band. So if you put something in there is little chance it will come out again. The lining resembles nylon which is easy to keep clean. The bottom closes with a very strong velcro. It will not just open up to you and flow all over your body. You undo the Velcro and empty the contents into the trash can. I rinsed it off with a spray bottle on the sink and hot water, then hung it to dry - it dries quickly. I've also machine washed it with no problems. The hanging strap is adjustable. I hooked it to the shifter mechanism and left the bag hanging on the passenger side - everything works. But I prefer hanging them on the headrests of both front seats as there are 2 of them. I find it much easier for everyone to use. My daughter even bought them after seeing mine. Good buy. Have recommended it to several people. Costs money.
