I use "sleep" masks for my daily meditation. It helps me to shut out the light around me, which I need sometimes to get in my zone, so to speak. This is exactly as shown in the photo. It fits very well, and my head is larger than average. The adjustable strap works for larger or smaller heads. The foam is very soft, and I appreciate the extra softness around my nose.I really appreciate the space over the eyelids so that I can open my eyes if I wish. Very relaxing, and completely shuts out the light if the strap is tight enough. I found just a tiny bit of light leakage unless the strap is quite snug. It's a bit more snug than I would like, but for short meditation sessions it works. The price point can't be beat.Note: if your mask is still showing a bit of light, press on both sides of the nose and adjust the elastic band snug and up and down until you get that perfect "light seal". Note to hand wash and air dry. I'm guessing the foam is not meant to be washed frequently, but time will tell! I appreciate the free ear plugs, and the sweet instruction card and guarantee. It's nice to support a mother-daughter startup business.
