It's called a fitness tracker - I use it to track my health.

Slim design. Also comfortable to wear at night. Easy to program and charge the battery. I have had heart problems for over 40 years. This watch determined that I also have sleep apnea. It automatically recorded my blood oxygen levels, blood pressure, and a one-minute electrocardiogram that could be read and accurately pinpointed my heart problems. In my case, this watch can be a good starting point if I have to go to the hospital for heart failure.
