This doorstop is very pretty but it doesn't work well as a doorstop. It's too big to fit between the door and the floor as shown in my photos. Maybe carpet is better? Also note that the product states that the dog's hind legs are 0.4 inches high, but the dog's abdomen has padding that raises the legs 0.5 inches off the ground (see image). So check this height before you buy a door. It is also a cute toy that can be used for decoration if you wish. My dog looked at him a bit confused when I put him on the floor for the first time. Just place it like the stone would actually hold the door but not sure how much pressure it can take. It's my fault for not checking the height of the hind legs first so I'm giving him 4 stars as he's still cute and just like the photo.
