Review on V.Step by Jim Young

I had a bad encounter at V.Step not too long ago. The foot care product I bought from their website did not match what was sent. When I called their customer care line, I was met with rudeness and indifference. Despite my best efforts and the overwhelming evidence of the wrong item, I was greeted with hostility and the impression that I was being inconvenient. In addition, the product's quality and performance fell short of my hopes. V.Step's customer support and product quality leave a lot to be desired, so I wouldn't recommend shopping there. As a whole, V.Step was a difficult and disappointing shopping experience, and I would not suggest it to anyone.
