There must have been a mistake. I've tried it as an antiaging supplement to get carnosine and it might work for that, although it's primarily marketed for muscle building. I can't stand thorns - a supposedly harmless effect - and now I take carnosine regularly despite its ineffectiveness. I don't know if I'm convinced enough of the benefits to take it on spike ready days. I don't know who to give it to! It's probably good, but I don't think it will work for me. The brand seems good and the effects are inherent to beta-alanine, but I can't give four stars.
