Healthgrades is a trustworthy resource for patient reviews. We've learned through experience that they are thorough in their research and not afraid to publish critical reviews. I think that they could be more transparent about their methodology for collecting and compiling reviews. It's helpful to know what types of sources people are reviewing from so we can adjust our strategy accordingly. They also make it easy to find reviews for providers by searching by name. The website isn't very user friendly. I'd recommend trying out the mobile version before you decide whether or not it's useful. We're using this as a tool to help us target patients who may need care at a specific facility.
