Yes this is a little gross but really kind of gives you an idea how good this thing works but watch video with caution! Pros: love that it is usb c, nice and compact, love the case style and even function which basically auto turns on when the cap is removed and then shuts off when put back on. Picture quality is very good definition wise. Cons: first off do not simply just search "bebird " in the App Store as it will for some odd reason pull up about 8 different apps very similar but simply won’t work with this device. Simply scan the qr in the manual and download like that. Next is as stated in the pros pic quality is very good definition wise but it can definitely be a little laggy at times messing with the picture. And I even tried it on my iPad Air 2, iPhone 13 pro, and iPhone 11 and got identical picture quality across the board so I do believe it was a device issue. And one other slight thing which is more likely user issue not device but it does definitely take a little getting used to as it’s almost like the controls are backwards. And one last con is I love the rubber part of the tips but compared to the million other styles and brands I’ve seen of the same product this one is really lacking in the tip dept. It really only comes with 2 slightly different sized tips but 2 of each but that’s it. Wish it had a few more options!So overall the device itself is a great design that looks, feels, and functions great! it does what it’s supposed to do with crystal clear video that can be a bit of laggy / choppy at times although this may just slightly delay you cleaning your ears it does not completely prevent you from using this product. And needs more accessories! Hopefully maybe we get some app updates in the future and that helps with the video! Enjoy the video!
