Easy to clean, beautiful to look at and great value! I'm not kidding, I saw the exact same thing at an upscale kitchen boutique for $90! This is a very strong - very hard ceramic. He's not easy at all. Even after multiple uses, it still looks great. I highly recommend it. For years I've used a large Pyrex pan and a baking sheet to cover. Finally something affordable, beautiful and easy to clean.
