The best thing about this software is it's ability for me or my staff members to be able to view all leads at once without having too many different screens open up in order to do so - I like being able see everything one page instead! It would have been nice if there were options where we could filter by lead source which can sometimes get repetitive when looking through them quickly before entering into our CRM system but overall great product. This program helps us stay organized during busy times such as holidays because everyone knows what they need to accomplish each day.
