I bought this suction cup to replace one that the sun destroyed on my Akaso dashcam. It only worked because it had the same suction cup that the special dashcam mounts (on the suction cup) are hinged to. I unscrewed the stock Rove mount from the suction cup and replaced it with the one my Akaso is mounted on. Fits perfectly! Just make sure your particular dashcam mount hinges to the suction cup in the same way if using this on any type of dashcam other than the standard Rove supplied. Great purchase 👍
