Review on 🍳 Concord Cookware 7-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set with Pots and Pans by Michelle Armstrong

Didn't meet my low expectations

I wish I had had the positive experience most of these reviewers have. I'm not an amateur cook. I have basic skills which mostly involve boiling water for spaghetti and hard boiled eggs. That's no exaggeration. After boiling the water for the first time and then cooking the spaghetti, a strange film formed inside the pot. I cleaned it and put it in the dishwasher on maximum power. The film was mostly still there. I cooked another pot of spaghetti and now there were rust spots all over the bottom of the pot. I've tried heating up some food in a frying pan and some stew in a small saucepan. I've used all three a total of 10 times in the last 5 months. Again only 10 (ten) times. Probably 4 for a large pot, 3 for a pan, 2 for a small pot. Now they all have this film, they all have rust marks. I wrote to Concord asking for a replacement because in 25 years of owning pots and pans that weren't even decent I had never seen such wear and tear or poor quality. They advised me to buy the bartender's best friend to clean it myself. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. There's supposed to be a long warranty, but to be honest I don't think I need another set like this at the moment. These little-used pots shouldn't be in this condition. I understand that they are not expensive. I've bought pots and pans at dollar stores and none of those things have ever evolved. I will never buy anything from this company again.
