When I bought this solar panel I was being polite as they produced 10 watts from such a small panel. After checking with a wattmeter, I can say that this is not true. The absolute maximum I was able to test was 4.7 watts on a very bright, cloudless day. However, the actual reload test I ran was pretty impressive. I was able to charge my iPhone in three hours and my iPad in six hours. Bottom line for me is the specs are off but I can live with the real life performance. By the way, I put rubber strips around the edges to protect the panel. Actually I am very satisfied with this solar panel for the price.
