Bought for a small bathroom that is always cold all year round. It replaced an old one that was at least 10 years old. This unit is quiet but powerful enough to get the job done and the center of gravity is top notch so it's not easy to tip over, but the auto tip over release is too sensitive so I had to tape the butt. Bottom update: fan motor bearing was making noise after a few weeks. The reason I bought this one was because my old one was making the same noise after 10 years of use. I think you get what you pay for?
