Review on Speck Products Durafolio Case Slate by Derrick Shaw

I tried 2 other cases before finding Speck Durafolio for my iPad mini 2 and this is the one Guardian. The fit and feel is superior to other cases I've tried and I really like that the iPad is completely surrounded by the case - there are no open corners so I feel like it's really protected. The textured front and back makes the iPad sleeve feel secure, which is exactly what I was looking for. The sleep and wake up functions work well. I purchased the fuchsia color and was pleasantly surprised to see that the color is slightly darker than what appears on my computer monitor - it is a very nice color and the color was reduced when the case was made. Easier to access. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I think the grooves on the iPad's inner front positioning cover don't stay in place as well as I would like, but I think deeper grooves would mean a thicker case, so there's a trade-off.
