I'm a Baggallini fan but I have to admit I'm disappointed with this bag. It has the same high quality as the brand. I love it. It has a small zippered pocket on the front that can be used for quick access to your phone. My 13.3" laptop fits easily in a padded computer bag. It is great. However, I needed a seat on my wheeled carry-on. All you have to do is open the upper and lower zips of the large back pocket. The bag turns into a trolley bag in this way, but then you cannot use the bag. This is just one of the most important storage places for the bag. Too bad Baggallini didn't make a separate trolley bag on this nice big bag so I can use the bag on the go. Another thing that worries me is that the only small pocket on the front has a zipper. I've lost things from open pocket bags by putting them under the seat so I don't trust those front pockets for anything important. I just feel like Baggallini really missed a great opportunity to offer the more useful zipped bags needed when travelling.
