Creality 3D printers are very popular, and seem to have quite a bit of support among many communities. I am pretty new to 3D printing, and I did a great deal of research before making a purchase. I was excited to make my order for this machine. I carefully put the machine together, reading the instructions and watching several videos. Machine would not work. X & Y worked fine, Z would work going up, but would not travel in a downward direction. I returned the printer. I really wanted to like it. So I ordered a replacement. Made the same careful steps when I received the 2nd printer. This time all the movements seemed to work fine, but the bed was very warped, which more than likely happened during shipping.I know they have good machines, as there are many people who are happy with Creality printers, which are very popular. Customer service is of the highest quality. The printers are designed well, with quality material, and packaged very well.
