I have looked at UL listed cages, floor dryers from all manufacturers and every type that blows off water to dry because I didn't want to heat dry my dog's skin like many groomer websites recommend. My 2 Belgian Tervurens get to their indoor X-Pen from the outdoor court and get wet, we live in the Seattle area. I'm so tired of breaking my back, time consuming hand drying them 3 or more times a day before I get home even though I have 2 high end professional tumble dryers that are also UL certified if i show them If it really rained I couldn't work in my office and I would take frequent breaks to tend to my puppies. I taught them to learn "dry-dry" to get used to the noise and they always got a treat afterwards. It's noisy, I'm concerned about the impact on their hearing, although they are free to roam around the X-Pen's large room, so a timer set for 30 minutes is ideal. "You can lay it on the floor in different ways. I even called the company before purchasing to discuss the pros and cons of competing dryers. It is more than sufficient, now we must test how it behaves over time since we will use it daily until the summer. It's a dream for me at the moment.
