Robust design. Installation isn't difficult, but is a bit of a hassle once everything is lined up and the screws are tightened. I suggest threading the bolts into the body nuts a few turns and removing them to remove the paint from the threads so they can be finger tight to avoid cross threading. You also need to be careful when removing the factory screws from the rack. The pillar is sacred and the bolts can fall into the pillar. I rolled the business card into a tube and stuck it in the hole before removing the bolt. Once lost, the bolt slipped out of the tube rather than down the post.
