At my place of work we were all given laptops to work from home but unfortunately IT guidelines are so strict that we are forced to reduce the screen timeout to just 5 minutes (!) , which is downright frustrating as I have to log in every time I get up to get water or something. This mouse completely solved my problem! It just plugs into a USB port, presses a button to turn it on, and on setting #3 I can just leave it on while I work and it doesn't interfere with my normal mouse usage at all. And no screen timeouts! No more excessive logging in! If IT ever wanted to view my system remotely, it was completely incognito and looked like a different mouse in Device Manager. Very happy with it.
