This review was written by a woman with feminine foot proportions. I've been wearing these shoes for 4 months now. I don't do many miles in these shoes. I jog for short periods or do interval runs, mostly on the treadmill. But they help me move and keep my feet/ankles from hurting. The toe box is roomy, I like the internal foot and ankle support as it's not overly stiff but still effective. I tried them on in store before buying online to make sure I liked them. I bought 11.5 and they are great. I usually wear women 13 and men Nike 12. My foot is quite flat and the instep is very thin and I will pull them up well.
